Some, any, no

Long time no see, sorry guys!
I´m back to the blog and looking forward to producing new material for all my students and followers :)

SOME > affirmative sentences and questions (when you expect a YES as an anwser)
ANY > negative and questions
NO > affirmative sentences

Examples:
I have some time to study English. > verbo na afirmativa / ideia positiva: Eu tenho algum tempo... 
I have no time to study English. > verbo na afirmativa / ideia negativa e enfática: Eu NÃO tenho NENHUM tempo... 
I don´t have any time to study English. > verbo na negativa / ideia negativa: Eu não tenho nenhum tempo...

Veja que o NO é mais forte do que o ANY e além disso há a diferença na forma do verbo.

As palavras SOME, ANY e NO podem ser seguidas além do THING pelo BODY para se referir à pessoas e o WHERE para falarmos de lugares. Veja:

There is somebody over there.  > verbo na afirmativa / ideia positiva: Há alguém ali.
There is nobody over there.  > verbo na afirmativa / ideia nula: Não há ninguém ali.
There isn´t anybody over there.  > verbo na negativa/ ideia negativa:  Não há ninguém ali.

I have to go somewhere. > verbo na afirmativa / ideia positiva: Eu preciso ir a alguma lugar.
I have to go nowhere. > verbo na afirmativa / ideia nula: Eu preciso ir a lugar algum/nenhum lugar.
I don´t have to go anywhere. > verbo na negativa/ ideia negativa: Eu não preciso ir a nenhum lugar.
